Our alloys serve some of the most demanding sectors — automotive and industrial battery manufacturing, solder production, chemical reactors, lead pipes, and speciality glass — where tight compositional tolerances are non-negotiable.

Every alloy batch is formulated using high-purity lead base stock, with alloying elements added under controlled thermal conditions to ensure homogeneous distribution and consistent properties throughout.

Environmental Commitment: Emissions from our alloying kettles are actively controlled via a flexible kettle hood venting into a venturi scrubber with an ID fan and chimney stack. Emission levels are regularly monitored and maintained strictly within allowable regulatory limits.
